ISO Tanks for Gas

High Pressure Tank used for Ammonia

Companies using industrial gases usually store them under pressure. Manufacturers have designed a type of ISO tank specifically for the storage or transport of gas, known as a gas tank. Gas tanks for the storage of LPG (commonly Propane) or for the storage of Ammonia are very high pressure tanks. These tanks are tested to over 30 atmospheres (bar) of pressure and operated at 17 bar.

Other gas ISO Tanks have a lower operating pressure for storing gases such as Butane, or other gases that turn to liquid at lower pressures.

T50 Gas tank. Operating Pressure 11 bar.

Qualitank have a number of these gas tanks which we are happy to sell or hire out. Use the contact form to enquire for more details.
